Psychopathetic was a metal band from the Twin Cities, Minnesota.  The band started in 2005, and the longest running line-up had been collaborating from 2007 to 2010.  The band members were influenced by 1980s metal, as well as the nu metal wave.  Kat offered a wide range of vocals from melodic to growling, which were complimented by the instrumental alteration between melodic and heavy, often switching between the two styles in the same song.  The band didn't try to fit any image, they just were who they were, putting substance over style.  Psychopathetic had been a regular fixture on the Twin Cities music circuit from 2008 to 2010, playing at such venues as The Rock in Maplewood, MN, Station 4 in St. Paul, MN, and the Varsity Theater and Club Underground in Minneapolis, MN.  The band's debut EP "Out of My Mind" features such songs as "Hyponesia," "Jaded," and "Coiled."
